He is a visual artist. He graduated from the University of Waseda, Tokyo, Japan in 2000, followed by the Städelschule (Mark Leckey Class) in Frankfurt, Germany.

In 2007, he graduated from the Master School of Fine Arts. He works primarily with video installations. Live, he expands them with musicians to video performances.
